Ambrosiawine.com can ship wine to the following states: AK, CA, LA, MO, NE, NH, NV, ND, NM, OH, OR, TX, WV, WY.

Required Legal Notice

Any wine sold to you from Ambrosia is sold in California and title passes to you, the buyer, in California. All orders are shipped by Ambrosia, a licensed California retailer. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. We make no representation concerning your legal rights to ship or receive wine into any state outside of California or into any country outside of the United States. In fact, there are certain states and countries that we cannot ship to. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.

You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order with Ambrosia you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states, and if you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, Ambrosia will cooperate with authorities to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

Order Processing

We ship most in-stock merchandise within one to two business days of receiving your order! Our standard shipping charges cover most items.

Standard and Express Shipping

Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the type of order and number of bottles ordered for each delivery address. Standard delivery service takes 5 - 10 business days. Delivery hours are Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Two-Day Express Delivery is available for in stock items for additional fees. Items with stated longer delivery times cannot be expedited.
