Checking the Status of Your Order
Please keep your order confirmation number. You will need it in the event you wish to cancel or check the status of your order.
If your order has not already been processed for shipping, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at 1- 800-435-2225. If your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel it.
Return Merchandise
Ambrosia guarantees that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 1-800-435-2225 to arrange for a return.
If your shipment arrives damaged, or there is a problem with your selection, please contact our customer service department immediately at 1- 800-435-2225 and we can arrange for a replacement.

Case Discounts
Purchase 12 or more individual bottles of wine, and you qualify for an additional 10% off each bottle. This discount applies to any group of 12 750ml bottles, not just 12 bottles of the same wine. It does not apply to Ambrosia mixed collections that are already discounted. This discount is applied in your shopping cart, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other savings promotion.
